Depending on region and country we sell the system through partners who add value by managing the system configuration and training and in some regions we sell the solution direct. Depending on your business needs, you can decide to pay for actual usage or a flat rate per user.
Pay per Data
Entry model designed for growing companies that are entering XML or has a relatively small team of authors.
Three usage-based price tiers — Small, Medium and Large.
The size is determined by the actual usage according to a set of metrics. No limit on users.
Pay per User
For organisations with more than 4 users.
No data limits, pricing is based on the number of users.
More users can be added during the year and be prorated to the main subscription renewal date.
Partner System
For partnersthat offer outsourced authoring to end customers.
The end customer does not have access to the system
The data is stored on dedicated infrastructure, making it is possible to transfer ownership of the system from the partner to the end customer organization.

Microsite Package
Examples of microsites are an internal documentaiton portal, a public search site for user manuals or a partner portal behind login. Each such site is purchased as a microsite package.
The packages are designed to be "complete" for most of our customers. Each package includes
One authentication type, e.g. public or restricted access
Dedicated subdomain
Dedicated search index
Data storage up to a specified amount
Data traffic up to a specified amount
Reserved Capacity
Sometimes, the storage and traffic included in the microsite package is not enough.
It is possible to purchase reserved capacity as part of the yearly subscription renewal.
Additional Usage
If the storage or traffic limits of the microsite package and the reserved capacity is exceeded, Simonsoft temporarily increases the limit and sends an invoice for the additional usage.
