I think most people in the industry of structured documentation and all our customers take an interest in good use of words and terminology. Since the last year or so we have been engaged in more and more discussions around translations, terminology and quality of translations. Still with your XML based systems we find lots of gaps in processes and quality thinking from translators.
Simonsoft ambition is to deliver first class systems and solutions. Our commitment to our customers is to make processes and quality of translations terminology more effective. As such, our promise this spring, is to further and better assist our customers in terms of workshops, meetings with agencies, white papers for management. But also in terms of more embedded features supporting translations and terminology in our solutions.
